Who I am

This website is run by 2855315 Alberta Inc., operating as Compass Creative Solutions, in St. Albert, Alberta. Questions about your information go to info@compasssolutions.ca.

What I collect

• When you send a message: your name, email, organization if you add it, and your message.
• When you book a consultation: your name, email, and anything you write in the booking form. Booking runs through Google Calendar.
• When you visit: anonymous visit counts through Umami, which uses no cookies and collects no personal information.

How I use it

I use your details only to reply to you and to deliver work you've asked for. I don't sell or share your information, and I won't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it's stored

Messages are sent through Web3Forms and arrive in my Google Workspace email. Bookings are stored in Google Calendar. Each of these services keeps data under its own privacy policy, and some store data outside Canada.

How long I keep it

I keep messages and booking details only as long as I need them to work with you, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you. Email info@compasssolutions.ca and I'll respond within 30 days.
